Step 1
Add water to the Instant Pot and place trivet inside.
Step 2
Brush fish fillets with mustard. Sprinkle each with dill and chives, then season with salt and pepper. Place fillets on trivet. Close lid, set steam release to Sealing, press the Steam button, and set time to 2 minutes.
Step 3
When the timer beeps, quick-release the pressure until the float valve drops. Press the Cancel button and open lid. Place fillets on a serving platter with lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
