Instructions

Step 1
Season roast generously with salt, pepper and onion powder
Step 2
Pour beef broth into the instant pot, add roast
Step 3
Sprinkle the au jus packet on top of the roast, gently mix in
Step 4
Cook high pressure for 65-75 min, NR for 30 min. Shred beef
Step 5
Butter the inside top of the hoagie bun and Sprinkle on garlic powder. Add beef and Provolone. Bake at 350 for 5 min
