16 ozudon noodles

3 Tbsppeanut butter

1 Tbspgochujang

½ Tbspsoy sauce

½ tsphoney

1 Tbspmayo

½ tsprice vinegar

2garlic cloves
minced

1 tspsesame oil

¼ cupnoodle water

Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Step 2
Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions.
Step 3
Reserve 1/2 cup of the noodle water, then drain the noodles.
Step 4
In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, gochujang, soy sauce, honey, mayo, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and sesame oil.








Step 5
Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.
Step 6
Add the reserved 1/4 cup of noodle water to the sauce mixture and stir until smooth.

Step 7
Toss the cooked noodles in the sauce until they are evenly coated.

Step 8
Add more noodle water if needed.
Step 9
Put the noodles on a plate and, if you like, add toppings like chopped scallions, sesame seeds, or crushed peanuts.
