Instructions

Step 1
Begin by adding 500ml of water into your pot and adding 80g of chopped kimchi. Leave it to boil.

While it's boiling, get a handful of fishcakes and slice them into bite-sized pieces.

Chop your green onions and fresh chili as well.

When it's boiling, add fishcakes, 2 Tbsp of soy sauce, 1 Tbsp Korean chili flakes, 1/2 Tbsp sugar, 1/2 Tbsp of minced garlice and a pinch of salt.

If needed. season with salt or add 1/2 Tbsp of chicken stock to add more flavour.

Let it boil for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 7
Add in your udon noodles. Gently stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Top off with green onions and fresh chili and serve!
