Instructions
Step 1
First, rinse your cranberries and drain.
Step 2
In a medium saucepan add cranberries, sugar, lemon juice, and coconut oil and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Simmer for 12 minutes until cranberries begin to pop.
Step 4
Remove from heat and add in marmalade, amaretto and lemon zest.
Step 5
Serve either warm or chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Step 6
Pour over that roasted turkey and enjoy!
