Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Toast 50g of the walnuts

Step 2
Place remaining walnuts, parsley and breadcrumbs in food processor and blend until finely ground. Add marg and oil and blend to form a thick green paste. Blend in the cream and add seasoning.
Step 3
Pour sauce over pasta and toss well. Garnish with reserved walnuts.
