Instructions

Step 1
Mix all of the ingredients together in a stand mixer or by hand.

Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth.

Let rest for 15 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven until 450 degrees Fahrenheit

Transfer to a cornmeal-dusted pizza peel or baking sheet

Top the pizza lightly with sauce and cheese or whatever toppings you prefer
