Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F

Step 2
In a baking dish, melt 1 stick of butter and add 1 packet of jiffy cornbread mix. Stir the butter and cornbread mix together.



Step 3
Add 1 can of drained corn, 1 can of cream style corn, 8oz of sour cream, and either green chilis or diced jalapeños. If you don’t want it spicy you can skip the green chilis and jalapeños.

Step 4
Next, add in 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese and mix all of the ingredients together.

Step 5
Bake at 375F for about 45 minutes. *keep in mind, cook time depends on the depth of the baking dish.
