My best friend in high school and I found and wrote down this recipe our senior year on a small scrap of paper. It's my favorite banana bread recipe I've ever found.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 2
Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix eggs and sugar.
Step 4
Mash together bananas, vanilla, cinnamon, and oil. Then, add in the egg and sugar mixture and combine all.
Step 5
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Step 6
Use two well greased 9×5 inch pans and bake for 1/2 hour or until a toothpick comes clean.
