Step 1
Pre heat oven to 375°F

Using two seperate baking sheets, prepare chicken breast (chopped into half inch cubes), and Broccoli, and roughly chopped walnuts.

While chicken cooks, and Broccoli roasts, prepare 5 tbs browned butter. This will be divided into 2 and 3 tablespoons

Grate 3 tbs of lemon zest and save lemon for juice.
Step 5
Once ingredients are prepped, begin by boiling fettuccine.

In a separate pan, begin sauce with 3 tbs of browned butter
Step 7
Add in onion and cook until translucent. Then add garlic.

Add roasted broccoli to sauce, and add your spices

Add in chicken and broth to the pan with your broccoli
Step 10
Add in lemon juice and let simmer
Step 11
Add in half the parmesan a small amount at a time
Step 12
Add strained pasta to pan
Step 13
Add lemon zest herbs, and the rest of the parmesan.

Toss walnuts in remaining butter, then fold into the pasta
