Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice according to bag directions. I use my instant pot.

Step 2
Cook veggies according to bag directions, I do the microwave.
Step 3
Dice ham. Scramble eggs, set aside.
Step 4
Melt bacon grease, can substitute butter or oil for bacon grease. Fry ham in grease to make crispy(optional).
Step 5
Add vegetables and rice, mix. Add coconut aminos, salt, and pepper to taste.
