Chicken and potato casserole

This recipe was so tasty, that I thought I would share it with the world! Also, I didn't exactly measure the seasonings, so these aren't exact.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375

Cut up potatoes and lay then in a 9x13 baking dish

Cube up chicken and place in the dish with the potatoes
Step 4
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken and potatoes so that it coats all of it
Step 5
Add the seasonings over the potatoes and chicken
Step 6
Mix all of the ingredients in the baking dish so the potatoes and chicken are coated with the olive oil and seasonings
Step 7
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place in the oven
Step 8
Bake for 40 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the potatoes are soft
Step 9
Put the cheese over top of the potato and chicken mixture
Step 10
Bake uncovered for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly
Step 11
Garnish with green onions or parsley
Step 12
Plate up the casserole and serve with your favorite sauce, or not sauce at all! Enjoy!
