Instructions

Step 1
clean and dry off potatoes
Step 2
stab potatoes with a fork all over
Step 3
coat potatoes in oil and salt, wrap in aluminium foil
Step 4
bake potatoes at 425 for 55 minutes
Step 5
chop bacon into pieces and cook
Step 6
let potatoes cool for 10-15 minutes
Step 7
cut potatoes in half, then in half again
Step 8
scoop out some potato, but not all the way down to the skin
Step 9
melt 2-3 tbsp butter and add seasonings
Step 10
bast the potatoes with the butter
Step 11
put potatoes back in oven on 425 for 15 minutes
Step 12
add cheese and bacon and put back in oven until melted
