Step 1
1. Set your oven to 200C.
Step 2
2. Cut your heads of garlic in half. Roughly chop up the yellow onions, regular tomatoes and chili.
Step 3
3. Spread some vegetable oil in a big ovenproof dish. Place your halved garlic heads in the bottom of the dish. Then add the cherry tomatoes, regular tomatoes, onions, basil, thyme, salt and pepper.

4. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Step 5
5. Remove the thyme and squeeze out the baked garlic cloves from the halved garlic head. Add coconut milk and veggie stock.
Step 6
6. Blend, and enjoy!
