Instructions
Step 1
Bring a pot of water to a boil

Step 2
While waiting for the water to boil, mix your cottage cheese, mozzarella and Italian seasonings into a ziploc bag. Zip the bag and massage to mix.

Step 3
Cook pasta for 4 minutes and drain when finished.

Step 4
Cook ground turkey in a skillet with a little garlic infused olive oil.

Step 5
Once turkey is cooked, pour fody marinara in the skillet with ground turkey. Season and simmer.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 375

Step 7
Pour 1/2 of the marinara/meat into the bottom of a casserole dish.

Step 8
Cut the corner off of the ziploc bag of cheese and use it to pipe the cheese into the manicotti. Place the manicotti on top of the sauce layer in the casserole dish.
Step 9
When all of the noodles are placed, pour the rest of your sauce on top of the noodles and put a nice layer of mozzarella on top.
Step 10
Cook in the oven for 25 minutes

Step 11
Take out and serve!
