Instructions

Step 1
Remove tofu from package and place between two paper towels or cloths.

Microwave for 1 minute to evaporate excess water. Then squeeze out water.

Cut into desired peices and marinate in liquid smoke, soy sauce, and brown sugar. Marinate for at least 3 hours.
