Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add onion, garlic; Cook about 5 minutes then add bell pepper and cook until very soft, about 5-7 minutes. Add salt, pepper and cayenne; stir. Add flour and cook mixture another 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring often. Add cream, milk and wine. Fold in crawfish, Green onion, and parsley. Place bottom crust into a deep dish pie plate. Filled with crawfish mixture and placed top crust on pie. Crimp edges( as simple or fancy as you feel). Make a few slots on top. Bake until golden brown, 25 to 30 minutes.
