Instructions
Step 1
Bloom the yeast with the water and sugar
Step 2
Mix all dry ingredients in stand mixer.
Step 3
Add bloomed yeast and olive oil to dry ingredients.
Step 4
With dough hook attachment mix dough until it reaches a shaggy ball.
Step 5
Dust work space with remaining flour. Knead dough until smooth. Cover with inverted mixing bowl and allow to rest for 30 minutes
Step 6
Divide into 6 balls and roll out to 1/4" thickness.
Step 7
Heat skilled to medium heat and dry fry your bread
