Instructions

Step 1
Combine all the ingredients for the flatbreads together in a bowl and, using a wooden spoon, mix until everything comes together.
Step 2
Dust your worktop with a little extra flour and knead the dough for a couple of minutes until smooth. Transfer into a bowl, cover with a damp tea towel and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 3
When ready, remove the dough from the bowl onto a floured surface, divide into six equal pieces and using a rolling pin, roll them into free form flatbreads.
Step 4
Preheat a frying pan or a griddle pan over a medium high heat, brush with a little oil and cook the flatbread for a couple of minutes per side. Keep warm until ready to serve.
