Instructions
Step 1
Prepare your couscous as instructed on the box (takes roughly 12 min)
Step 2
Wash and remove the skin from your salmon, then cut it into evenly sized cubes.
Step 3
Put the salmon in a small bowl and add all the seasonings, olive oil, and honey. Mix together then put in the air fryer at 425° for 10 min
Step 4
Chop your zucchini and cauliflower. Add the cauliflower to an oiled skillet over medium heat. Add 2 tbsp of water and then put the lid on, letting it steam for 2 min.
Step 5
Remove the lid, move to medium high heat, and add the zucchini and seasonings. Let it cook for around 6-8 minutes or until the zucchini and cauliflower are soft
Step 6
Chop your tomatoes. Then add it to a small bowl with olive oil and parsley and mix.
Step 7
Make your dressing and shake together.
Step 8
Add all ingredients into a bowl and enjoy!
