Instructions
Step 1
Whisk together eggs, water, soy sauce, and sesame seed oil. Whisk in flour little bit at a time
Step 2
Add cabbage, carrots, and green onion to batter and stir
Step 3
Heat 1/2 tbs oil in pan and fry 3/4 cup of batter, 6 inch in diameter. Place a cover on the skillet and cook 3-5 minutes. Flip and cook on other side
