Instructions
Step 1
Mix Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, tomato ketchup, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl. Set aside.
Step 2
Whisk eggs with milk. Set aside.
Step 3
Heat oil in a pan. Stir fry cabbage and green onion with salt and pepper until softened. Transfer to a plate.
Step 4
In the same pan, fry pork belly until crispy. Transfer to the plate with cabbage.
Step 5
Reduce heat and wipe excess fat if needed. Add egg mixture to the pan.
Step 6
When egg is half-cooked, place cabbage in the center and pork on top. Adjust heat to avoid browning.
Step 7
Fold parallel edges to form an omelette shape.
Step 8
Transfer to a plate. Drizzle with okonomiyaki sauce and Japanese mayonnaise. Sprinkle with dried green laver powder.
