Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Cut a 1" thick oval off the tip of the loaf of bread, leaving a couple inch perimeter. Set aside top and removed most of the soft part of the bread, leaving a sturdy portion on the sides and bottom. The top and soft bread can be used for the dip later.
Mix the first 8 ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the bread bowl. Place saved bread on top and wrap entire loaf in foil.
Bake for 1 hour.
