Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C
Step 2
Peel and slice potatoes and layer them in an oven dish (the amount of potatoes i use changed but i usually layer until its about 4-5cm thick)
Step 3
mix a 300mL tub of cooking cream with one sachet of French onion soup. I usually use a wisk to make it easier and also add in shredded cheese to make it cheesier (if you like it saucy double this step)
Step 4
pour mixture over sliced potatoes in oven dish
Step 5
cover oven dish with aluminium foil and place in oven oven for 1hr at 190°C
Step 6
take dish out of oven and remove aluminium foil. coat with shredded cheese and put back in oven for 30mins or until cheese is melted
