Instructions

Step 1
Using a knife or a mandoline thinly slice the potatos enough to create multiple layers of bacon and potato. 2-4mm thick is best

Prepare your bacon by slicing it into cubbed pieces, we wont to cook it in a pan enough that it's no longer soft but not too much that it's hard or burnt. (carful they spit upwards when too hot)

Once the bacon is cooked into a oven safe tray (ceramic is best) layer potato covering the bottom and add a helping of bacon and repeat process atleast 5 times for potato. first and last layer potato

Slowly pour over your cream until you have completely covered the top in cream, You generally don't require to much cream.

Lastly we sprinkle the French onion soup powder over the top of the cream and place into the oven at between 180-190 for an hour or until the potato is cooked through.
