Step 1
Defrost your fish overnight.
Step 2
Sauté the onions until they’re soft. Use approximately half of your olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Add the garlic and 2 of the tomatoes grated. Let it boil for about 5 minutes. Then, add the parsley and the celery and let for another minute to boil.

Slice the potatoes in circular pieces and layer a baking tray. Place the fish above this layer.

Pour the mixture from the pan evenly on top and last add the remaining tomato sliced. Sprinkle with the remaining olive oil.
Step 6
Cover with foil and cook at 180 Celsius (bars only) for half an hour. Remove the foil and cook for another 15 minutes.
