Non fat Greek yogurt 10g
Greek style seasoning
Olive oli 2ml
Bfree Gluten free pita x 1
Spudlite potato 250g
South Cape reduced fat feta 20g
Olives 2-3
Lettuce
Tomato
Shallot
Cucumber
Salt
Homemade tzatziki
Non fat greek yogurt 120g
Grated cucumber
Minced garlic
Salt
Dash of water
1. Dice chicken into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add yogurt, greek seasoning and stir.
2. Place chicken on skewers and side aside.
3. Chop potatoes into wedges and parboil for 3 minutes. Drain well and pat dry (this helps to make potatoes extra crispy.
4. Place potatoes, garlic powder, salt and olive oil in an air fryer and cook until crunchy and golden.
5. Cook chicken in a pan and begin preparing your salad.
6. To make tzatziki combine listed ingredients and adjust salt/garlic to taste.
7. Serve potatoes, chicken, salad with feta, tzatziki and toasted pita. Enjoy😍
