Step 1
Dice chicken and potatoes into small pieces.

Add potatoes to a bowl, and microwave for 5 minutes (or more, if cooking more than 1 potato at one time), until potato pieces have cooked through.

Melt butter in a pan on low heat.

Stir fry chicken and cauliflower rice for ~10 minutes on low heat, until cooked through.
Step 5
Mix in potato pieces, cheese, seasonings, and hot sauce.
