Instructions
Step 1
Boil your spaghetti in some salted water and drain 3 mins before they’re fully cooked.
Step 2
In a bowl, whisk eggs with cream and season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Add your boiled spaghetti, some chopped salame, provolone cheese and grated Parmigiano. Mix everything together.
Step 4
Drizzle some olive in a shallow pan over low heat and let it warm up for a minute.
Step 5
Add your spaghetti mix into the pan, distributing them evenly with a spatula, cover with a lid and let your spaghetti pie cook very slowly for about 10 mins.
Step 6
From time to time check the bottom of your spaghetti pie to make sure it’s not burning.
Step 7
After 10 mins flip your spaghetti pie, cover and cook it for about 10 more mins, always checking that the bottom is not burning.
Step 8
Your spaghetti frittata is ready!
Step 9
Simply serve it on a place and slice it as you would do with a normal pie.
Step 10
You can enjoy it warm or cold with a nice glass of Prosecco!
