Preheat oven to 350

Melt butter and crisco in microwave

Combine melted butter/crisco with both sugars. Mix until well combined.
Step 4
Add eggs and vanilla
Step 5
Mix in flour, baking powder, salt. Dough will be dry. Add water and mix.
Step 6
Mix in chocolate chips
Step 7
Spread dough into 10โ cast iron pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cookie will be light in color, not browned. Check center with toothpick or knife.
