Step 1
Mix all the dry ingredients with the butter in a bowl until a firm dough is formed. Add the egg yolk and lemon juice, then mix the ingredients gently until they turn into a smooth paste.
Step 2
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap, and then leave it to chill for about 30 mins.
Step 3
Roll out the dough into a large circle shape to fit the base of a 22-24 cm pie pan.
Step 4
Put the dough on the pan and press it in lightly, using your fingertips. Cut off the excess dough and neaten the edges. Prick the base using a fork.
Step 5
Place a wire rack on the 3rd level of the oven, and then tap "Send to oven" to preheat it.
Step 6
Once you hear a beep, place the food in the oven. Bake, then arrange the fresh fruit over the base and sift some powdered sugar over the top.
