Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C/160°C fan/Gas 6.
Step 2
In a tart tin, put the shortcrust pastry and hole with a fork.
Step 3
Mix together the eggs, the cream, the milk and the salt/pepper/nutmeg.
Step 4
Add the topping of your choice on the crust and pour this egg mixture on top.
Step 5
Finish by adding some grated cheese on top and cook for 45 minutes. Enjoy warm!
