EASY TOMATO BREAD (with olives)

Instructions

Step 1
In a bowl, whisk together milk with olive oil, eggs, salt, pepper and tomato paste.
Step 2
Add flour, grated cheese and baking powder and mix with a hand mixer for 90 seconds or until smooth.
Step 3
Add olives (makes sure you leave some for the decoration) and use a spatula to mix everything one last time.
Step 4
Transfer your mix in a baking dish (30cm x 20cm) previously lined with parchment paper.
Step 5
Decorate with your olives and halved cherry tomatoes and season with some oregano.
Step 6
Bake for about 30 mins (180C/370F).
Step 7
I suggest to use a toothpick to double check if your tomato bread is ready or not. If it’s not ready yet, you can bake it up to 40 mins (in total).
