Instructions

Step 1
In skillet, melt 2 tsp of butter on medium-low heat. Add the chopped onion and cook slowly for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are golden and soft.
Step 2
In a medium bowl, mix ground beef, salt, pepper and Worcestershire. Form into 4 pies.
Step 3
Melt two tablespoons of butter in a separate skillet over medium heat. Cook pancakes on both sides until fully cooked.Assemble the cake as follows: a slice of bread, a slice of cheese, a slice of hamburger, a quarter of cooked onion, another slice of cheese, andamp; another slice of bread. In a clean tray or in a frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter and grill the sandwiches over medium heat until golden brown. Taking out the sandwiches & add 2 tsp of butter to skillet. Invert the sandwiches to the skillet and flip to the other side. Cook until golden brown and crunchy, until cheese melts.
