Instructions

Step 1
Season ground beef with onion powder , garlic powder , gourmet burger seasoning and chopped jalapeños.
Step 2
Add butter to a skillet. Cook thinly sliced onions until they are caramelized.
Step 3
Shape ground beef mixture into Patties. Cook until there’s no pink.
Step 4
Build sandwich with peanut butter , cooked patties, caramelized onions and pepper jack cheese.
Step 5
Butter skillet, cook sandwich until cheese is melted and toasted on both sides.
Step 6
Slice sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
