Instructions

Cheese sauce

Step 1
Mince the chilli.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a small pot. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chili’s and fry for about 1min.
Step 3
Pure in the heavy cream and mix well.
Step 4
Add the cheese slices and seasoning. Let the cheese melt for about 2-3min.

Burger patty

Step 5
From the meat into 2 balls. The balls then press flat with your hand and shape.
Step 6
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high and add the meat. Season with salt and pepper. Fry for about 2min then flip.
Step 7
Again season with salt and pepper. Place the cheese slice on one burger patty. Fry for another 2min.

Burger

Step 8
Cut the burger bun in half. Toast until golden brown.
Step 9
First top the bottom burger half with patty with cheese, then without the cheese.
Step 10
Place the jalapeños on top.
Step 11
Drizzle on the cheese sauce.
Step 12
Stack the other burg bun half on top and enjoy!
