Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180° fan forced
Step 2
Combine all pastry ingredients and mix well, then wrap in cling wrap and place in freezer
Step 3
Meanwhile, slice the apples and combine water, sugar, vanilla, and butter. Coat the apples and then bake in 20 cm dish for 20-25 minutes. Arrange apples in a nice way.
Step 4
While apples bake, take the prepared pastry and roll it out to a rough circle. Press it in to the baking dish, on top of the apple mix. Bake until golden brown for about 15 minutes
