Instructions
Step 1
chop an onion to 1/2 inch size.
Step 2
With a sharp knife, score each tomato on the bottom (that is, not the stem end), making an X. Drop tomatoes into boiling water and cook for 1 minute before removing with a slotted spoon and plunging immediately into the ice water to stop the cooking. Remove the skin, and cut to dice.
Step 3
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add the oil and garlic. Add the onions and cook, stirring constantly, for 5-8 minutes, until the onions soften and take on a pale golden color.
Step 4
Add chicken, and cook about 3 minutes.
Step 5
Add tomatoes, stir well, and make it boil. Then heat low, and cook about 30 minutes until the tomatoes lose their shape.
Step 6
Add a box of curry (Golden Curry Mix Medium Hot 92g), and stir well until the curry dissolve.
Step 7
Put cooked rice on plate, and pour curry. Also, you can be creative with rice and nori (seaweed) to make your family and friends laugh!
