Whipped Frosting
Make sure the cream is cold or or it won't stiffen! And the gelatin+water is only needed if you want a more stabilized whipped frosting.

Instructions
Step 1
1) In a microwave safe dish, mix water and gelatin together until the gelatin has been absorbed. Set aside
Step 2
2) Beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla till soft peaks form
Step 3
3) Grab the gelatin, and place in the microwave for about 6 seconds. Should be melted but not very hot
Step 4
4) Turn your mixer to low, and drizzle the gelatin into the cream. Slowly increase the speed, and continue to beat till stiff peaks form
