Ingredients

4 ounceswide rice noodles
rice sticks
1 poundlean ground pork
2 Tablespoonsfresh mint
chopped, divided
4 teaspoonslow-sodium beef broth
divided in half
2 teaspoonslow-sodium soy sauce
divided in half
2 Tablespoonssweet chili sauce

2 tablespoonslime juice
1 tablespoontoasted sesame oil
1 x 12 ouncebroccoli slaw
2limes
cut into wedges
sweet chili sauce
4 ouncestomato sauce
2 tablespoonsbrown sugar
1 tablespoonvinegar
⅛ teaspooncinnamon
ground cloves

Instructions
Step 1
1. Bring 5 cups water to a boil in a large pot over high heat. Add noodles and cook, stirring frequently, until just tender, 4 to 6 minutes, or according to package directions. Drain, rinse well with cold water and let stand in the colander to drain.
Step 2
2. Meanwhile, combine pork, 1 Tablespoon mint, 2 teaspoons beef broth and 1 teaspoon soy sauce in a bowl. Form mixture into eight 3-inch patties.
Step 3
3. Heat a large grill pan or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Coat with cooking spray, add the patties, partially cover and cook for 3 minutes. Turn patties over and cook for 3 more minutes, then turn back over and cook on the first side again until cooked through, 1 to 2 minutes more.
Step 4
4. Combine the remaining 2 teaspoons beef broth and 1 teaspoon soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, lime juice and sesame oil in a large bowl. Add the rice noodles and broccoli slaw and gently toss until well combined.
Step 5
5. Serve the pork patties on the noodles, sprinkled with the remaining sweet chili sauce, mint and lime wedges on the side.
