Step 1
After Straining the juice from a can of chickpeas add half a cup to a blender cup . Then 2 cloves of minced garlic mustard a good pinch of salt lemon juice and a cup of neutral oil like avocado oil or even a very mild olive oil is delicious too
Step 2
Put the Stick blender into the very bottom of the cup and pulse slowly . Keep it fixed on the bottom as pulling it up too fast will result in a thin liquid . Once you see the thick creamy Mayo on the sides slowly pull the blender up . It should be thick and creamy on top . If your mayo is too thin for some reason slowly drizzle more oil and blend
