Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°

Step 2

In an oiled skillet over medium high heat, add your diced onions and cook for 3-4 minutes, until translucent.

Step 3

Add in your ground turkey to and cook for another 5-6 minutes, until browned. Then add tomato sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes
Step 4

Place your dry tortellini into an oven safe baking dish (ours is 10x10). Pour your ground turkey sauce mixture over it. Then top with shredded mozzarella and bake for 35-40 minutes at 375°.


Step 5

Optional: add Parmesan to serve
