Ingredients

2 cansspaghetti noodles
1 tablespoonbutter
1 lbground turkey
1 ½ cuppasta sauce
4 ozcream cheese
softened
¼ cupsour cream
¼ cupricotta cheese
1 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cupgrated parmesan cheese
¼ cupitalian seasoned bread crumbs
¼ cuponion
chopped
2cloves garlic
1 Tbspfresh parsley
chopped
½ Tbsporegano
½ teaspoongarlic powder
0.5onion powder
¼ tspgarlic salt
¼ tspblack pepper
fresh basil leaves
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Step 1
Over medium heat, melt butter in a medium-size pan. Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
Step 2
When turkey has browned, add in onion, garlic, fresh parsley, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, garlic salt, and pepper, and bring to a light simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 4
While sauce is simmering, combine cream cheese, ricotta cheese, sour cream and 1/2 cup mozzarella in a bowl.
Step 5
Drain and rinse noodles.
Step 6
Spray a 9x13 baking pan or large casserole dish with oil.
Step 7
Spread out the pasta evenly to cover bottom of casserole dish.
Step 8
Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the noodles, followed by the turkey and sauce mixture.
Step 9
Top with remaining mozzarella, parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Step 10
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
Step 11
Garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes to taste.
