Instructions
Step 1
Heat a large pot of water to boil.
Step 2
Heat a large skillet over medium heat with your oil of choice.
Step 3
Add turkey, and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Step 4
Add garlic, shallot, fennel, and lemon zest.
Step 5
Lightly brown and crumble turkey and then add peas, and a splash of wine, then add chicken stock and reduce heat to a simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
Step 6
Finish by incorporating mascarpone and reducing heat to the lowest simmer.
Step 7
Cook the pasta at the recommended time and then drain it.
Step 8
Add lemon juice, pasta, and cheese to the meat dish
Step 9
Garnish with mint and parsley.
