Instructions
Step 1
Put chuck roast in the slow cooker.

Add half packets of brown gravy mix and Italian seasoning mix.

Add half a jar of pepperoncini with half the juice.
Step 4
Add some water until the roast is almost, but not quite covered.

Cook on low for 8 hours.
