The easiest and most delicious crispy, sticky and juicy honey glazed turkey wings! This dish is always a big hit and I called it Sunday's Wings.
Tips: Marinating them overnight. Let them sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before cooking. When you cook cold meat straight from the fridge, it takes longer for the middle to fully cook through and there is a lot more meat on a turkey wing.

Step 1
In a deep baking dish or large resealable plastic bag combine garlic, chilli, honey, soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper and ginger. Add Turkey wings and marinate overnight.
Step 2
Remove wings from marinade and place in large baking pan; reserve marinade. Bake uncovered, in 400ºF (200ºC) oven for 45 to 55 minutes. Drain off excess fat.

Step 3
In small saucepan, bring marinade to a boil. Boil gently for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly thickened; pour over wings. Increase oven to 475ºF (240ºC), bake wings for 15 minutes or until sticky and golden brown, turning several times.

Step 4
Remove from oven and let wings rest on rack to cool slightly, 5 minutes. Serve with your desire side dishes.
