28 ozcan crushed tomato
14 ozcan Diced Tomato’
Italian flavored
1 tspBasil dry
1 tspOregano
dry
14 ozcan White Beans
Small
potatoes
optional
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Remove sausage meat from casing if necessary
Step 2
Brown meat in cast iron pan
Step 3
Add garlic, cook till fragrant
Step 4
Deglaze pan with small amount of beef broth.
Step 5
Add rest of broth and all other ingredients
Step 6
Simmer with cover on for 30 minutes.
