Instructions
Making the dumplings
Step 1
In a large mixing bowl, add all dumplings ingredients above together

Flour working surface

Roll out dough to desired thickness

Cut into desired shapes
Making the soup

Bring a pot of water to a simmer

Using a rotisserie chicken, remove the meat, shred then set aside

Add the chicken bones to pot of water

Let bones simmer for about 20 minutes

Using a strainer, remove bones from stock and discard

- Add 2-3 Bay leaves to stock

- Add Thymes

- Add Parsley flakes

- Seasoned with Chicken Bouillon, Salt, Sugar and Black Pepper

Remove some liquid from the pot (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup) set aside to cool

Once cool, add an equal amount of cornstarch to it to make a cornstarch slurry to thickens soup

- Sautéed minced onions and celery with butter then add to pot

- Add frozen mixed veggies

- Slowly add the Dumplings into the pot, wait for the dumplings to float up

- Add shredded chicken

-Adjust seasoning to your taste
