Tropical Tajin Crockpot Cobbler
The perfect sweet, but slightly spicy combo for dessert is here for the summer and so easy to make!

Instructions
Step 1
1.) Wash 2 mango and dice up their cheeks.
Step 2
2.) Combine fresh mango with one frozen 16oz bag of pineapple chunks, and one cup of frozen mango. Place inside the bottom of your crockpot.

3.) Squeeze the juice of one lime right on top of the fruit.
Step 4
4.) Drizzle with 2 tbsp of chamoy, and sprinkle 1 tbsp tajin and 1 tbsp of cornstarch on top.

5.) Distribute half a block of cubed cream cheese over the entire crockpot.
Step 6
6.) Drizzle 1 tsp of vanilla extract on top and the zest from half a lime.
Step 7
7.) Pour one box of Duncan Hines Perfectly Moist Pineapple Supreme cake mix on top of the fruit mixture making sure everything is completely covered and that the mix is spread relatively evenly across the entire crockpot.

8.)Slice up one stick of butter and spread the butter pats across the top of the cake mix.
Step 9
9.) Sprinkle 1 tsp of lime zest, 1.5 tbsp tajin, 1 tsp white sugar and 1 tsp brown sugar on top of the butter.
Step 10
10.)Lay a paper towel across the top of the crockpot before closing the lid. The paper towel is super important because it will collect condensation and help get your cobbler crispy.
Step 11
11.) Cook on high for 3 to 3.5 hrs without ever opening the lid. Be patient!!
Step 12
12.) Serve with some vanilla ice cream, drizzle with more chamoy and sprinkle more tajin right on top. The perfect sweet and spicy combo is here for summer!!
