Step 1
Grate the garlic. Shred zucchini using a box grater. Wrap in paper towels and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Add zucchini to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix. Form 6 large balls or 16 bites. Put on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil
Bake at 400 for 18 minutes, flipping 1/2 way through. Add an additional 5 minutes if making them large
